Larissa Brown is the author of two previous books, Knitalong and My Grandmother’s Knitting. Her first novel, Beautiful Wreck, was published in February 2014. Beautiful Wreck is a time travel love story set in a bleak future and in 10th century Viking Iceland. She’s already hard at work on a companion book set in the same world. She lives in Portland, Oregon, with her husband Martin and son Sebastian, adorable loser-of-hand-made-hats.
Arabella is an artist and illustrator. Her loose narrative themes revolve around a fascination with punk rock, aristocrats, Renaissance fashions, aging socialites, pre-code cinema, gothic divas, medical history, and rock ‘n’ roll groupies. She attended Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA before receiving her BFA from California Institute of the Arts, and has participated in solo and group exhibitions throughout North America, the Middle East, Europe, and Australia. Ben Vendetta has been writing about rock and roll his entire adult life for magazines including The Big Takeover and Skyscraper.
